Refund Policy

Refund Policy - the basics

At Japanese with Kazu, we are committed to providing high-quality language instruction and a positive, supportive learning experience. We understand that circumstances can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent with our refund process.

 

Trial Lessons

  • Trial lessons (if offered) are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once with at least 24 hours’ notice.

 

Individual Lessons

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled lesson time are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson are not eligible for a refund.

  • Missed lessons without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

Packages (Multiple Lessons)

  • You may request a refund for any unused lessons within 14 days of purchase, provided no more than one lesson has been used.

  • Refunds for unused lessons beyond 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to an administrative fee.

  • Partially used packages are non-refundable after 30 days.

 

Group Classes or Workshops

  • Group classes are refundable up to 7 days before the start date.

  • After that, refunds are not available due to limited seating and scheduling commitments.

 

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. If you believe you have a special circumstance, please contact us at japanesewithkazu@gmail.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
